About Us

Local Angels was created to gather together resources from within the local community to make life easier for those who may be struggling with day-to-day tasks.

Local Angels is headed by Alison Pisani, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over 40 years experience in nursing. Her last role was as a frailty lead for Bournemouth East Network where she noted that there was a gap for ad hoc support in the home.

Alison is supported by Mike Strong, a highly experienced and generous-spirited social care specialist.

Together they are the heart of Local Angels, supported an by enthusiastic and talented team providing emergency and short-term assistance within the local area.
